New Households vs. New Leads
Any clients that are created manually in RightCapital or imported via a CRM or other integration will automatically be sorted into your 'Default group for new households' group. After setting up your household groups, you can change an individual household's group by navigating to the Advisor Portal > Planning > Plans > Overview tab, selecting the tool icon to update the household group.

These changes will only affect the default notification settings that will be used for new households that are created or imported going forward. After creating a household, these notifications can only be adjusted by the client themselves within the Client Portal.
