What integrating with MaxMyInterest does for you

Integrating with MaxMyInterest allows you to seamlessly connect your client’s Max accounts into RightCapital. Once integrated, RightCapital pulls in checking and savings account balances from Max and connects them with the client's net worth. Values will be updated Tuesday through Saturday morning with the previous day’s closing value.

Contact information from MaxMyInterest is not synced; utilize a CRM integration and then connect the MaxMyInterest information.

Bank account balances entered in MaxMyInterest are pulled in, but not transaction-level information.

How to set up your MaxMyInterest integration

To set up an integration with MaxMyInterest:

Log in to RightCapital’s Advisor Portal and navigate to … > Integrations tab at the top of screen.

Select MaxMyInterest under the integration list on the left.

Click “Connect” and enter your Max login credentials to proceed:

Complete the connection by clicking Authorize to accept the request.

You will be taken back to RightCapital – the integration is now complete!

How to use the MaxMyInterest integration

Once the integration is set up in RightCapital, you can link client accounts:

Log in to RightCapital

Click Open Client next to the client you’d like to integrate

Navigate to Profile > Net Worth (or the 4th step of the initial data entry workflow, if this is a new client).

Click + Link Account and select "MaxMyInterest" from the dropdown menu.

This button only appears if an integration has already been established.

Search for the email or name of account owner from the integrating database.

Select accounts (using the check boxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the current client.

Click Save to create the connection for the accounts selected. Integrated accounts will then appear under the Bank section on the left side of the Net Worth screen.
