What integrating with Schwab does for you
Integrating with Charles Schwab connects client information in Charles Schwab to a client in RightCapital. Once integrated, RightCapital pulls in position-level account data from each account and connects them with the client's net worth. The positions and values will be updated Monday through Friday evening with the previous night's closing value.
How to set up your Schwab integration
Log into the Schwab Advisor Center and click on the Account Management tab. Then click on "Forms Library"
Within the search titles field, search for the 'Request for Data Access Agreement' form.
The Charles Schwab Platform Operations Team will then draft a DocuSign Agreement for you to e-sign within 1-2 business days. A copy of the signed Agreement will be sent to RightCapital for processing on our end.
You will receive an email from RightCapital Support when your integration is set up and ready for use.
The whole process usually takes 3-5 business days.
The master account(s) for data setup must be created before submitting the request.
