Integrating with Flourish allows you to seamlessly incorporate your client’s Flourish balances into RightCapital. Once integrated, RightCapital pulls in the following data for each account and connects them with the client's net worth:
Flourish Cash account balances, but not transaction-level information.
Flourish Annuities data; We will pull in annuity contract data that displays in Flourish Annuities. The positions and values will be updated Tuesday through Saturday morning with the previous day’s closing value.
Contact information from Flourish is not synced; utilize a CRM integration and then connect the Flourish information.
To set up an integration with Flourish (total estimated time 3-4 business days):

Request the integration:
Request the integration by emailing integrations@flourish.com. Please include the name and individual email address associated with the RightCapital profile for all advisors for which the integration should be enabled. Flourish Support will confirm receipt of your request and begin setting up the integration.
Please note: the email request should come from one of your firm’s Flourish “Executives”.

Configuration:
Flourish Support will email RightCapital to let us know your firm has enabled the integration. From there, it typically takes 1-2 business days for RightCapital to finalize the data feed on our end. Once this occurs, a RightCapital representative will reach out to confirm the setup and attach instructions for use.
Once the integration is set up in RightCapital, you can link client accounts:

Log into RightCapital.

Click Open Client next to the client you’d like to integrate.

Navigate to Profile > Net Worth (or the 4th step in the data entry workflow, if this is a new client).

Click + Link Account and select “Flourish” from the dropdown menu:
Note: This button only appears if the integration has been established.

Search for the account number or name of the account owner from the integrating database:

Select accounts (using checkboxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the current client.

Click Save to create the connection for the accounts selected.Integrated accounts will then appear under the Bank and Investment sections on the left side of the Net Worth screen.
