What integrating with Nationwide Advisory does for you
Integrating with Nationwide Advisory connects client accounts at Nationwide to RightCapital. Once integrated, RightCapital pulls in position-level account data from each account and connects them with the client's net worth. The positions and values will be updated Tuesday through Saturday morning with the previous day’s closing value.
Contact information from Nationwide is not synced; utilize a CRM integration and then connect the Nationwide information.
How to set up your Nationwide Advisory integration
Log in to RightCapital’s Advisor Portal and navigate to … > Integrations tab at the top of screen.
Select Nationwide Advisory under the integration list on the left.
Click “Connect” and enter your Nationwide login credentials to proceed.
Once your credentials are accepted, you will then be taken back to RightCapital – the integration is now complete!
How to use the Nationwide Advisory integration
Once the integration is set up, you can follow the steps below to link client accounts:
Log in to RightCapital.
This button only appears if an integration has already been established.
Search for the account number or name of the account owner from the integrating database.
Select accounts (using the check boxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the current client.
