Integrating with First Clearing lets you connect your clients' First Clearing accounts to RightCapital. Once connected, we'll pull in position-level data from each account, with positions and values updated nightly.
To get started, follow the steps below based on your integration type:
If you integrate through TradePMR: Complete the data release form linked here.
If your First Clearing integration is not through TradePMR: Contact your broker-dealer's IT support team and let them know you'd like to set up an integration with RightCapital. They will submit a formal request to First Clearing to add your rep codes to the data feed.
Once your request has been submitted, email support@rightcapital.com and include your rep code so our team can finalize the connection on our end. The full integration process typically takes about one week to complete.
Once the integration is set up, link client accounts

Log in to RightCapital

Click Open Client next to the client you’d like to integrate

Navigate to Profile > Net Worth (or the 4th step of the initial data entry
workflow, if this is a new client)

Click +Link Account and select "First Clearing" from the dropdown menu.
This button only appears if an integration has already been established

Search for the client's name from the integrating database

Select accounts (using the check boxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the
current client.

Click Save to create the connection for the accounts selected. Integrated accounts will then appear under the Investment bar on the left side of the Net Worth screen.
