What integrating with Shareholder Services Group (SSG) does for you

Integrating with SSG connects client accounts at SSG to RightCapital. Once integrated, RightCapital pulls in position-level account data from each account and connects them with the client's net worth. The positions and values will be updated Tuesday through Saturday evening with the previous night's closing value.

How to set up your SSG integration

Important Note

In RightCapital's Advisor Portal / Integrations area, this integration option is listed under "Pershing". If you simply scroll down to "S" looking for it, you may miss it as it is located in the "P" section with Pershing.

To set up integration with SSG:
Send an email to
  • Indicate wanting to set up integration with RightCapital

  • Copy on the email

SSG will notify our Support team when your data is available for integration.

  • The integration will be available the following Monday (e.g., if RightCapital receives notice on Thursday, December 13th that the integration is set up, you will have access on Monday, December 17th.)
  • You’ll receive an email from our Support team when your integration is set up and ready to use.

Use SSG integration

Once the integration is set up, link client accounts:


Log in to RightCapital

Click Open Client next to the client you’d like to integrate
Navigate to Profile > Net Worth (or the 4th step of the initial data entry workflow, if this is a new client)
Click +Link Account and select "SSG" from the dropdown menu.

This button only appears if an integration has already been established


Search for the client's name from the integrating database


Select accounts (using the check boxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the current client.

Click Save to create the connection for the accounts selected. Integrated accounts will then appear under the Investment bar on the left side of the Net Worth screen.
