What integrating with Jackson does for you?

Integrating with Jackson connects client accounts at Jackson to RightCapital. Once integrated, RightCapital pulls in position-level account data from each account and connects them with the client's net worth. The positions and values will be updated Tuesday through Saturday morning with the previous day’s closing value.

How to set up your Jackson integration?

To set up an integration with Jackson, Log onto Jackson.com and ensure that your contracts appear in your user profile. Then:

On the left-hand side, click Integrations.

Locate the RightCapital card.

Flip the toggle from Inactive to Activated. This will launch the Terms of Agreement for you to accept or decline.

Click I Agree to accept the Terms of Agreement or Disagree to cancel the request. By clicking I Agree, you are acknowledging that you are authorized to request that your client data be sent to RightCapital.

Once the data feed is requested and the integration shows Activated, send an email including your Name, Email, Firm and Jackson Agent ID to support@rightcapital.com. Your Jackson data will begin transmitting within three to five business days.

How to use the Jackson integration?

Once the integration is set up, link client accounts:

Log in to RightCapital

Click Open Client next to the client you’d like to integrate

Navigate to Profile > Net Worth (or the 4th step of the initial data entry workflow, if this is a new client)

Click +Link Account and select "Jackson" from the dropdown menu.

This button only appears if an integration has already been established

Search for the client's name from the integrating database

Select accounts (using the check boxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the current client.

Click Save to create the connection for the accounts selected. Integrated accounts will then appear under the Investment bar on the left side of the Net Worth screen.
