What integrating with Albridge does for you

Integrating with Albridge connects client information in Albridge to a client in RightCapital. Once linked, RightCapital pulls in position-level account data from each account and connects them with the client's net worth. The positions and values will be updated Tuesday through Saturday evening with the previous night's closing value.

RightCapital does not pull in contact information from Albridge; to capture client contact information, establish a CRM integration and then connect the Albridge information.

How to set up your Albridge integration


Reach out to your broker-dealer back office and let them know that you want to set up an Albridge-to-RightCapital integration.


Your broker-dealer will issue you a partner user ID (typically in an email)

The user ID is usually in the form of a 4-digit numerical “firm ID” followed by a code, e.g. 1234_RIGHTCAP. Please note the user ID is case-sensitive.

How to use the Albridge integration


Log in to RightCapital

Click Open Client next to the client you’d like to integrate
Navigate to Profile > Net Worth (or the 4th step of the initial data entry workflow, if this is a new client)
Click +Link Account and select "Albridge" from the dropdown menu.

This button only appears if an integration has already been established


Search for the client's name from the integrating database


Select accounts (using the check boxes in the “Link” column) to assign to the current client.

Click Save to create the connection for the accounts selected. Integrated accounts will then appear under the Investment bar on the left side of the Net Worth screen.
