Workflow Notifications in Wealthbox

For advisors that have both RightFlows and the Wealthbox integration enabled, workflow notifications for linked households will be visible within Wealthbox. This allows workflow progress on the RightCapital side to be easily tracked within Wealthbox.

A "linked household" is a client household that has been imported from Wealthbox into RightCapital, establishing a link between the two platforms. For instructions on importing households from Wealthbox into RightCapital, click here.

How to view RightFlows notifications in Wealthbox CRM

Upon activating RightFlows, advisors will begin to see Notes imported into Wealthbox whenever the activities listed below occur in RightCapital for linked households. These notifications will be posted to the Wealthbox advisor dashboard, in addition to the client’s page:
