RightCapital Notes & Tasks in Wealthbox

For advisors that have the Wealthbox integration enabled, RightCapital notes and tasks for linked households will be visible within Wealthbox. This enables greater interconnectivity between RightCapital and your CRM, empowering you to more easily track client progress and plan details.

A "linked household" is a client household that has been imported from Wealthbox into RightCapital, establishing a link between the two platforms. For instructions on importing households from Wealthbox into RightCapital, click here.

How to View RightCapital Notes in Wealthbox

Once a note is entered in RightCapital, the note will automatically display on both the advisor dashboard and contact record page in Wealthbox. Additionally, if a note is updated in RightCapital, the update will also be made in Wealthbox. Any updates made in Wealthbox will not sync back to RightCapital.

How to View RightCapital Tasks in Wealthbox

Once a task is entered in RightCapital, the task will automatically display on both the advisor dashboard and contact record page in Wealthbox. Additionally, if a task is updated or deleted in RightCapital, the update will also be made in Wealthbox. Any updates made in Wealthbox will not sync back to RightCapital.

For advisors integrated before this functionality was released (April 16th, 2025), only newly created notes and tasks will sync between Wealthbox and RightCapital. Notes and tasks created before this date will not be retroactively synced.
