Vault

The Vault supports most file types. This includes:

• Document files like .pdf, .docx, and .txt

• Image files like .jpg, .png, and .gif

• Spreadsheet files like .csv and .xlsx

• Video files like .mov and .mp4

• One or more files compressed into a .zip

Folders cannot be uploaded directly, but you can create folders within the Vault itself via the 'Create Folder' button in the upper right:

If a document or image file is unable to be previewed within the Vault, double check to make sure that the file extension is included in the file name. This is required in order to preview the file.

If the extension is missing from the file name, it can be manually added by renaming the file within the Vault:

Folders cannot be deleted within the vault unless they are empty. Move or delete the files within the folder first, and then you will have the ability to delete the folder:
