RightCapital's client-specific Risk Analysis allows you to set a Household Risk Score for each of your client households, within the Investment > Risk > Score & Assessments tab. This score is meant to represent that client's tolerance for risk on a scale from 1 to 100:

You can determine and set this score however you'd like, although utilizing a Risk Questionnaire or referencing the Risk Comparison chart can be helpful reference points for setting a realistic and consistent score.
Once a household risk score has been set, it can be found within the Investment > Risk > Summary tab of that client's plan as "Household Risk":

The household risk scores for all of your client households can be found in the Advisor Portal > Risk > Summary tab, in the 'Risk Score' column:
