How can I adjust the client's residence state?

The client's residence state is determined by the Client card within the Profile > Family tab (or Step 1 of the initial data entry):
To change a client's residence state in the future, you can use a Primary Home Relocation card in the Profile > Goals area (or Step 6 of the initial data entry).

You can also update the client default residence state for all new clients that you create going forward, visit the Advisor Portal > Client Settings > Client Presets tab.
