If you are not receiving your daily report email, you can first try the following:
- Double check the Advisor Portal > Bell Icon > Notification Settings page to make sure you have opted into receiving one or more notifications via daily report email (the middle column). If no notifications are checked within this column, you will not receive this email.
Check your spam or junk folder. Certain spam filters will automatically flag emails sent from "no-reply" addresses.
- You can also try whitelisting the address no-reply@rightcapital.com within your email settings.
