If you opt to 'Send notification emails'' for any of the Onboarding events, these will be instantaneous. Clients signing up and completing data entry will immediately generate and send a direct email notification to your inbox.
If you opt to 'Send notification emails'' for Vault activities, these will send every 10 minutes. Files that are uploaded/downloaded in quick succession will be lumped together into a single notification email.
