Please note that the method below only applies to vacation and investment properties. To sell a client's primary home, a Primary Home Relocation card can be modeled in the Profile > Goals area (current plan), or Retirement Analysis area (proposed plan).

You can indicate when a property will be sold in RightCapital within the property entry itself in the Profile > Net Worth section. The year of sale entered here will feed into the Current Plan in the Retirement Analysis:
To propose a different year of sale within a client's Proposed Plan, you can change the sale date within the Action Items. You will find properties listed in the lower left corner:
