Changes made under the Disability Insurance action items only impact the insurance projection. They do not impact the current or proposed plans in the Retirement Analysis section or any other screen within RightCapital.
The policy can be entered Profile > Net Worth > Add Account > Insurance.
You can use the Benefit Taxable checkbox located in the data entry card to to determine whether or not benefits paid are considered taxable income.
To set a monthly benefit cap, check the box on the insurance entry card in the Profile > Net Worth section.
