Yes, you can refund client payments through RightPay within 3 days of the payment being made. Go to the RightPay / Transactions screen and click the 'Refund' button next to the payment.

Subscription generated payments are recurring amounts that are charged to clients monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. These are applied to clients in the Advisor Portal > RightPay > Subscriptions tab. One-time billing transactions are single payments that can be charged to clients in the Advisor Portal > RightPay > Invoices Tab. They can also be added in the subscription tab under the "upfront one-time payment" column. An additional 0.3% charge is associated with any subscription-generated payments. This charge will be in addition to the 3.5% + $0.30 transaction fee that is reduced from all other payments.
