Client Onboarding

By default, the initial data entry process in RightCapital consists of these six steps in the following order:

This is consistent with the data entry process prior to the addition of the Onboarding Tab and Onboarding Templates on 7/2/24.

Absolutely! This can be accomplished by:

• Creating an Onboarding Template in the Advisor Portal > Templates > Onboarding tab

• Setting that template as the new Default Onboarding Template in the Advisor Portal > Client Settings > Client Groups tab

The ability to add Risk Questionnaires to the onboarding process is only available for advisors with Risk enabled. This is a feature exclusive to premium and platinum RightCapital subscribers (read more about each subscription tier here).

If you are missing the ability to add the Vault to the onboarding process, Vault functionality in RightCapital may not be approved by your firm / broker dealer. Please reach out to your firm's administrator for more information.
