TD Ameritrade is transitioning investment accounts in groups and notifying clients of their assigned transition date to Schwab via email or letter (depending on communication preferences). Once your client’s transition date arrives, they will need to take action to connect their investment accounts in RightCapital.
Clients with TD Ameritrade investment accounts that do NOT currently have linked Schwab accounts to their RightCapital profile:
Once your client’s account transition date arrives, they will need to connect their investment accounts in RightCapital by using the Schwab linking option and entering their new Schwab login credentials and any multi-factor authentication required. You can view the account aggregation instructions here.

Once your client’s account transition date arrives, they will need to perform an update to their existing Schwab connection to re-aggregate these accounts. You can view the account aggregation instructions for updating a previously linked account here.
