Where can I see cash value distributions impacting the financial plan? 

You can see all cash value distributions flow into the Cashflow reports under the Summary tab > Income Inflows >  Other Inflows column. Click the underlined Other Inflows column title to see the life insurance distributions within the plan.

How can I simulate a life insurance purchase within the Proposed Plan and compare it to the Current Plan?

Answer: You can model an insurance policy purchase within a proposed plan from the Retirement > Analysis > Probability section. Within the action items you will click "Edit" > Add New Items > Insurance. Then input the parameters of the proposed policy. This will compare the current plan to the proposed plan which includes the new life insurance policy.

Where can I show the Cash value of life insurance impacting the client's tax allocation?

Answer: The impact of the client's tax allocation can be shown in the Investment >Tax Allocation tab. Cash value associated with permanent life insurance policies will be seen as a tax-free asset.
